Inspired by Japanese folding techniques, ‘Noshi’ is a tool for the kitchen of the near future.
A digital scale and measuring cup, ‘Noshi’ is designed for one-handed use. The cup sits on the countertop as a substance (flour, sugar, milk..) is poured in. The measurements for weight and volume are read from the top at angle for maximum visibility without having to bring the cup up to the user eyes or crouch down to read the digital screen.
